Terms of Use

Effective July 31, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of logiclift.ai (the “Site”), operated by LogicLift LLC (“LogicLift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Informational purpose

The Site provides general information about LogicLift and its performance-marketing services. Site content is not professional, financial, legal, or other regulated advice and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Services and engagements

Submitting an inquiry or communicating with us does not create a client relationship. Any services will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by LogicLift and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for those services.

Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Site’s operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the Site through automated means except as permitted by law; impersonate another person; or use the Site in a way that infringes another party’s rights.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including text, design, graphics, logos, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to LogicLift and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access the Site for your personal or internal business use. No other rights are granted.

Third-party services and links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” LogicLift disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, secure, accurate, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogicLift and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LogicLift and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising from your unlawful use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
