Effective
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using logiclift.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. LogicLift LLC may update these terms as the website or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
2. Website purpose
This website presents information about LogicLift, its approach, capability areas, representative work products, and perspectives on human-centered AI and business systems. The content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, accounting, cybersecurity, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
3. No client relationship through website use
Visiting the website, submitting an inquiry, sending an email, or scheduling a conversation does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship. A client engagement begins only through a separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.
Do not send highly sensitive or confidential information through the public inquiry form. LogicLift cannot agree to special confidentiality, security, retention, deletion, or regulatory obligations until those requirements are reviewed and accepted in writing.
4. Services and engagement terms
LogicLift provides human-centered AI strategy, business systems design, business intelligence, revenue and workflow improvement, decision support, executive advisory, structured design, prototyping, implementation planning, and implementation support. The exact scope, responsibilities, outputs, timing, fees, data practices, and acceptance criteria for any engagement are governed by its written agreement.
Hands-on configuration, custom development, production implementation, ongoing operation, or specialist services are included only when the written agreement states them. LogicLift may recommend that a client use its internal team or a qualified specialist for work outside the agreed scope.
Website descriptions, examples, and time ranges are planning information, not guaranteed completion dates or an expansion of scope. If website information conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. New requests, material changes, or dependencies discovered after kickoff may require an approved change in scope, schedule, or fee.
The client is responsible for having the right and necessary permission to provide any data, content, credentials, systems access, and other materials used in an engagement.
5. Outcomes and decisions
Business, operational, financial, and technological outcomes depend on many factors outside LogicLift's control. Website examples, intended outcomes, and representative deliverables are not promises or guarantees. Clients remain responsible for final business decisions, approvals, legal and regulatory review, adoption, and ongoing operation of their systems.
6. Responsible AI
LogicLift's Responsible AI and Client Data Practice describes its intended approach to human review, confidentiality, data handling, vendor boundaries, decision rights, escalation, and ongoing oversight. It is an operating practice, not a warranty that every technology or third-party provider is error-free, secure in every circumstance, or appropriate for every use.
AI-assisted information can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. Accountable human review and final decision rights must remain with people who have the relevant context and authority.
7. Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt or bypass the website's security, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, introduce harmful code, overload the service, misrepresent your identity, interfere with another person's use, scrape the site in a way that impairs it, or use the content to violate law or another person's rights.
8. Intellectual property
The website, LogicLift name, approved logo system, original copy, graphics, frameworks, and other materials are owned by LogicLift LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and make limited internal reference to public website content. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, present as your own, or create derivative commercial materials from it without written permission, except where law expressly permits.
References to The LogicLift Ascend Framework describe LogicLift's current methodology. These terms do not transfer any ownership or license beyond the limited right to use the public website.
For client engagements, client-provided data and business materials remain the client's. LogicLift retains its pre-existing frameworks, templates, methods, tools, and general know-how. Ownership and license rights in client-specific final deliverables, editable files, source materials, and incorporated third-party components are defined in the applicable signed agreement.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may link to scheduling, form-processing, research, and other third-party services. LogicLift does not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies. A link does not by itself imply endorsement, partnership, or responsibility for the third party.
Third-party software, models, data, open-source components, and platforms remain subject to their own licenses, pricing, availability, security practices, and technical limitations. License costs, vendor fees, and specialist services are included in an engagement only when the signed agreement states them.
10. Website availability and content
LogicLift works to keep the website useful and accurate but does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every page will always be complete, current, or error-free. Content may be corrected, updated, removed, or reorganized without notice. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for an important decision.
LogicLift's Accessibility Statement explains its accessibility target, review approach, and how to report a barrier or request assistance.
11. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without warranties about uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or results from relying on its content. LogicLift is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising solely from website use or inability to use the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
