Diagnostic and Opportunity Mapping
See clearly before choosing what to build.
Purpose
LogicLift examines the decisions, workflows, information, tools, handoffs, and recurring friction surrounding one important business question. The work identifies the underlying constraint, makes the most useful opportunities visible, and gives leadership a practical place to begin.
What the client receives
- Current-state system, decision, or workflow map
- Friction, ownership, and opportunity assessment
- Prioritized improvement opportunities
- Initial measures of success
- A sequenced 90-day action plan with owners, dependencies, and checkpoints
LogicLift responsibility
LogicLift frames the question, reviews the relevant operating context, follows the evidence, maps the current system, and separates urgent issues from useful opportunities. The final recommendation makes assumptions, tradeoffs, risks, and priorities visible.
Client involvement and ownership
The client names an executive sponsor and accountable internal owner, provides timely access to the relevant people, information, reports, tools, and operating context, and reviews the findings. Final priorities, approvals, and business decisions remain with the client.
Handoff
The engagement closes with a founder-led leadership readout, an examined decision record, the completed maps and assessments, and a practical next-step plan the client can govern. Any implementation decision is made after the evidence is reviewed.
What is not included by default
Tool configuration, production implementation, custom engineering, and ongoing advisory are not included unless they are named in the written scope. A next phase may be scoped separately, with no requirement to continue.
