Effective
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information LogicLift LLC receives through logiclift.ai, the website inquiry form, scheduling links, and direct communications that follow from those interactions. A client engagement may include separate confidentiality, security, or data-handling terms in a written agreement. LogicLift's general operating approach for client work is described in the Responsible AI and Client Data Practice.
2. Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form may collect your name, work email, optional company name, area of interest, optional anticipated investment range, message, and confirmation that you agree to this use of the information. If you schedule a conversation through Fantastical, the scheduling service receives the contact and appointment details you enter in its interface. LogicLift may also receive information you send through email or provide during a conversation.
This public form is for general business context only. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, regulated data, trade secrets, or other sensitive or confidential material. If an engagement requires sensitive information, appropriate handling terms and channels should be agreed in writing first.
3. Routine website information
Hosting, network, security, and form-delivery providers may process routine connection information needed to deliver and protect the site, inquiry service, and first-party measurement route. This may include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring information, and error or security events. The inquiry and measurement routes temporarily use a network identifier to apply abuse controls. LogicLift does not place that identifier in inquiry fields or measurement records. Formspree may receive routine connection metadata created by the inquiry delivery path. LogicLift does not place third-party behavioral analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking scripts on this website.
4. Privacy-preserving aggregate measurement
LogicLift uses a first-party, cookie-free route to count four limited interactions: the first non-honeypot field change in the inquiry form, an inquiry successfully accepted by the delivery service, an exit to the strategy-call booking page, and a direct movement from an Insight article toward an inquiry, booking, or email contact option. These are event counts, not unique people or individual journeys. Some categories overlap. For example, selecting Book a Call from an Insight article counts as both a booking exit and article-to-contact movement, so categories should not be summed as unique conversions. A booking exit does not confirm that an appointment was completed, and an accepted inquiry does not confirm that it was opened or answered.
Measurement records contain only an approved event name, an approved site surface, an approved article topic when relevant, an approved destination category, a schema version, and a service-assigned timestamp. They do not contain names, email addresses, company names, form selections, message contents, IP addresses, user-agent strings, referrers, full URLs, query strings, cookies, device or session identifiers, browser fingerprints, or cross-site profiles. LogicLift honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for these measurements.
5. How information is used
LogicLift uses information to respond to inquiries, understand whether a request may be a fit, schedule and prepare for conversations, communicate about a requested service, operate and protect the website, understand aggregate movement toward conversation options, improve the usefulness of website content, maintain necessary business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Information is not used to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
6. Service providers and third-party services
The website relies on a limited number of providers that process information for specific functions:
- Formspree receives, stores, and delivers the validated inquiry fields forwarded by LogicLift's secure submission route and may process routine connection metadata needed to operate and protect that service.
- Fantastical, operated by Flexibits supports appointment scheduling when you choose to use the booking link.
- Cloudflare Analytics Engine stores the limited first-party measurement records described above and makes aggregate counts available through access-controlled account tools.
- Hosting, network, and security providers deliver the site and help protect it from misuse.
- Email and business-service providers support correspondence and ordinary business administration.
These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. LogicLift may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Sale of personal information
LogicLift does not sell personal information. LogicLift also does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral profiling.
8. Retention
Website inquiries that do not become active prospective-client or client matters are generally deleted or de-identified within 12 months after the last substantive contact. Active matters and necessary business or legal records may be retained longer when reasonably needed to provide requested services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with law. Limited measurement records in Cloudflare Analytics Engine are retained for up to three months. Service-provider backups and security records may follow the provider's documented retention cycle.
9. Security
The inquiry form submits to a same-origin LogicLift route that applies origin checks, size limits, server-side field validation, a honeypot, rate controls, and bounded delivery timing before forwarding the necessary fields to Formspree over an encrypted connection. The measurement route is also same-origin, size-limited, rate-limited, and restricted to a fixed list of event labels and context values. Measurement failure cannot block navigation or inquiry delivery. LogicLift also uses reasonable administrative measures intended to protect information in its control. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use the public form only for the limited business context requested and contact LogicLift before sending material that requires special handling.
10. Your choices
You may ask LogicLift to provide information about, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes. Privacy rights vary by location, and LogicLift will respond as applicable. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are honored for first-party conversion measurement.
11. Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. LogicLift does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
12. Changes to this policy
LogicLift may update this policy when website practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
