Clear answers before the work begins.
Learn how LogicLift approaches fit, scope, responsible AI, confidentiality, timing, fees, and the first conversation.
Begin with the question that matters.
Every engagement is deliberately scoped. These answers explain the shared principles; the written scope defines the responsibilities, boundaries, outputs, and terms for a specific engagement.
Compare engagement pathsWhat does LogicLift do?
LogicLift helps leaders uncover opportunities hidden inside familiar operations and turn them into clearer decisions, stronger workflows, practical revenue improvements, and responsible AI-enabled systems built around the people who use them.
Where should we begin?
Begin with the business question, intended outcome, and the people affected by it. LogicLift helps clarify the underlying constraint and recommends the smallest useful scope before technology or a larger change is considered.
Does LogicLift advise, design, or implement?
LogicLift does all three within clearly defined boundaries. Diagnostic and Opportunity Mapping diagnoses and prioritizes without implementation by default. Build and Implementation designs and supports one bounded implementation when the written scope includes it. Ongoing Advisory and Improvement provides continuity, while hands-on build work remains separately scoped.
What does an engagement include?
LogicLift offers three engagement paths: Diagnostic and Opportunity Mapping, Build and Implementation, and Ongoing Advisory and Improvement. Every proposal lists the question, intended outcome, responsible owner, scope, measures, client responsibilities, deliverables, acceptance criteria, handoff, timing, fees, and exclusions before work begins.
Who is the best fit?
LogicLift works best with leaders in functioning businesses who have a real decision or constraint to examine, an accountable internal owner, access to the relevant work and information, and the capacity to act on what the engagement reveals.
How does LogicLift use AI?
AI is evaluated as one possible part of a business system, never as the goal itself. Human judgment defines the purpose, boundaries, review points, escalation path, and final decision rights.
How is confidential information handled?
Information use is limited to the purpose and sensitivity of the work. Tool, access, retention, and deletion requirements are confirmed in the engagement agreement when the scope requires them. The public inquiry form should not be used to submit highly sensitive or confidential material.
Do we need a specific technology stack or perfectly clean data?
No predetermined technology is required. LogicLift begins by understanding the current people, decisions, workflows, information, and tools, then identifies what must be clarified or improved before a technology choice is made.
How long does an engagement take?
Diagnostic engagements are commonly planned for 2 to 4 weeks. A bounded build is commonly planned for 6 to 12 weeks. Ongoing advisory begins with an initial 3-month cycle. These are planning ranges, not guaranteed completion dates. The proposal confirms the actual schedule and dependencies.
Who owns the work?
The client retains its own data and business materials. LogicLift retains its pre-existing frameworks, templates, methods, tools, and general know-how. The signed agreement identifies the rights in client-specific final deliverables, editable files, source materials, and any third-party components.
What does LogicLift need from us?
The client provides timely access to relevant information and stakeholders, names an accountable decision-maker, maintains appropriate permissions, reviews key decisions, and participates in testing and adoption where the scope requires it. Final business decisions and ongoing operation remain with the client.
What happens when an engagement ends?
LogicLift completes the handoff described in the agreement, including the final materials, known limitations, unresolved decisions, and next-step recommendation named in the scope. The client may operate the work independently, begin a separately scoped next phase, or enter an ongoing advisory cycle.
How are fees structured?
Fees are based on the agreed scope, complexity, access requirements, and level of involvement. LogicLift confirms the work, responsibilities, and fee in writing before an engagement begins.
Does LogicLift guarantee revenue, savings, or transformation outcomes?
No. Business outcomes depend on factors no responsible partner can control alone. LogicLift commits to disciplined inquiry, visible assumptions, clear ownership, appropriate measurement, and practical follow-through.
What happens in the first conversation?
We discuss the outcome, current evidence, constraints, people affected, and decision in front of you. If there is a fit, LogicLift recommends a clear scope and the most useful next step. The conversation does not create a client relationship or obligation to proceed.
Still deciding whether LogicLift is the right fit?
Share the business question and the context around it. The first step is a candid conversation about what would be useful.
